Vox AC-10 1964

This is a very nice Vox AC-10T 2x10 combo manufactured in 1964 in very original condition!

This fine amplifier benefits from an original pair of genuine 1964 "new old stock" period correct Blue Celestions! Like many AC-10's from this period, it has also had the mains transformer replaced with what we believe to be a Hammond unit. Original Albion transformers and caps. The valves are Mullard. Aside from a couple of resistors, it is in incredibly original condition internally.

The serial number is 03153. There are a few scuffs and tears on the black Tolex but nothing to detract from what is a very special British vintage hand-wired amplifier.

This amp sounds great and is quiet when on idle, and the Vibrato/Tremolo is wonderful. It also has a milled aluminum replica footswitch that has been lovingly crafted by our engineer who has also thoroughly serviced it. This is a guitar player's favorite Vox amp, small and light, but with a big sound favored by many top artists. Now ready for a new life with you!

The mains input voltage can be adjusted by our technician to 115/160/205/225/245, for a small additional charge. So it is good for you guys in North America.
