Beautiful 1999 Black Fender American Standard Stratocaster with Maple Fingerboard in Near Mint Condition!
Another Iconic Fender has just landed with us in store! This is a classic Black 1999 Stratocaster from Fender's long-running American Standard range equipped with a beautiful Maple fingerboard! These were Fender's flagship & workhorse guitars that many people dreamed of one day owning and were used by many famous faces across hundreds of albums. This iteration of the American Standard Strat featured an Alder body, the afore-mentioned Maple fretboard, 22 Medium Jumbo Nickel Silver Frets, Fender DeltaTone Pickup System, Schaller Die Cast Machine Heads, Micro-Tilt Neck Adjustment, Patented Bi-Flex Truss Rod. & all made in the good ol' USA!
Our '99 Strat is very near mint and has been extremely well cared for by its previous owner over its 25 years in use, Aside from some very minor lacquer chipping around the frets as is common on these models, and the expected buffing/polishing marks, This strat is in much the same shape as it left the factory in the 90s! It would be a great addition to anyone's collection or would also make an amazing versatile main instrument for the gigging pro!
As is standard practice with any new arrival in store, this very cool '99 Strat has been through the trusted hands of our team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home and owner!
Our 1999 Fender American Standard Stratocaster comes with its original Fender hardshell case housing some adjustment tools & the tremolo bar!
