Gibson Les Paul Standard Gold Top "Hall of Fame" Edition P-90 1991 (Deposit taken)

1,899.00

This is an amazing all gold "Hall of Fame" edition Gibson Les Paul standard with P-90 pickups made in 1991. A very rare example factory fitted with Seymour Duncan Antiquity P-90`s.

The guitars weight is 9.14Ibs, the nut width is 11/16" I would describe the neck as a 60`s medium slim style. Standard Gibson scale length, single bound Mahogany body with a Maple cap. Standard Gibson Kluson machine heads which work well. No noticeable fret wear and this guitar plays well with a nice soft playing action.

Mahogany neck with a Rosewood fingerboard. On the back of the head stock there is a circular "Hall of Fame " logo, the back of the neck is also finished in Gold.

The condition is very good with just a few signs of playing, some slight lacquer checking in places below the edge binding where the Maple cap joins the Mahogany body but this is slight and often found on guitars of this age.

At 28 years of age its looking good!

Gibson made very few of these instruments and most were fitted with mini humbuckers so ours is quite unusual, Early 90`s Gibson are becoming quite sought after, when you play this one you will see why

Sold with  the original Gibson brown case with pink interior and shroud.
