This is a very rare Gibson Chet Atkins CE Electro solid body Classical guitar manufactured in 1991,
Ideal stage and recording instrument and much loved by professional musicians, Chambered Mahogany body makes this instrument comfortable to hold and play, but still lively and resonant.
The CE model has a 47mm top nut, and being slightly narrower than a traditional classical makes it a delight to play if you are used to a standard acoustic neck,
The Piezo system is advanced and you have the ability to adjust the sensitivity. for each string if necessary.
All original with the exception of the machine heads. It has some marks and dings from use but nothing unsightly and all in keeping with a 31-year-old instrument.
It is being sold with the original Gibson Brown hard shell case with shroud. One latch is missing but all others work along with the combination lock,
