This is a very nice 1995 original Gibson J-200 Spruce Top Flame Maple back and sides,
A great example that has aged well, the tone of this guitar is everything a J-200 should be and will not disappoint. The woods have also aged nicely, the top has a beautiful Amber hue, and the Flame Maple back and sides have exceptional figuring.
It has a few light playing marks, light lacquer checking, some worming on the back, and general signs of use, but all in keeping with a cared-for 28-year-old instrument.
This guitar was formally part of a large collection.
We have given it a full workshop setup and the action is low and it is super nice to play. It also benefits from a factory-fitted active pickup, ideal for stage or studio use.
